No.250 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Villupuram and to direct and dispose of the same within a time fixed by this Court.

Nos.249 to 256 of 2013 on the file of District Munsif Court, Villupuram has filed the above said revision petitions to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the petitions within a stipulated time.

2.The suits were filed by the plaintiff against the eight different

defendants for recovery of possession.

3.According to the learned counsel on either side, the respective defendants have filed the written statement and are contesting the suits. The Trial Court is yet to frame the issues in the suit. 4.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the suits are pending from 2013, the Trial Court has not disposed of the same till date.

5.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/defendants submitted that the defendants are raising the issue with regard to the jurisdiction of the Court before the Trial Court. 6.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the petitions, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the District Munsif, Villupuram to dispose of the suits in O.S. Nos.249 to 256 of 2013 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Trial Court shall decide all the issues raised by

the parties concerned.

7.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
