This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent herein to register the complaint dated 20.08.2018 in C.S.R.No.380 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police station and file final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed in C.S.R.No.380 of 2018.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law .
