The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside an order of dismissal dated 16.03.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that such an order was passed on 16.03.2022. Quite immediately, after two weeks, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the order and seeking permission to advance arguments in the Second Appeal.
