ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue a "No objection certificate" to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of "Bell Spa" at 381, Near Pushpa Theatre, P.N.Road, Tiruppur-641 602 dated 16.02.2023.
2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is running the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of "Bell Spa" at 381, Near Pushpa Theatre, P.N.Road, Tiruppur-641 602. He would further submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 16.02.2023 to the respondents seeking for the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" to run the said business and the same is not considered by the respondents. Hence this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police has received the representation of the petitioner and the same is pending for consideration.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents police.
5. Considering the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2023 with regard to the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" and decide the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law.
