O R D E R

This Revision is filed seeking for direction for disposal of I.A.No.421 of 2014 in I.A.No.302 of 2014 in O.S.No.293 of 2014 on the file Principal Sub Court, Salem in a time frame.

2. It is seen that the respondents had instituted a suit against the one Jayaraman and Dhavamani (defendants) for permanent injunction. They also filed an application in I.A.No.302 of 2014 for interim injunction. The petitioner, who was also impleaded as third defendant in the suit filed I.A.No.421 of 2014 to vacate interim injunction order dated 30.07.2014.

3. Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents/plaintiffs are not at all entitled for interim injunction, but the trial court, without following the principles of law had granted interim injunction on 30.07.2014. The application filed by the petitioner/3rd respondent to vacate the interim order has been unnecessarily adjourned without any justifiable reason or cause.

4. Considering the facts of the case and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Principal Subordinate Judge, Salem is directed to pass orders in I.A.No.421 of 2014 in I.A.No.302 of 2014 in O.S.No.293 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 30.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
