RC MA/2004-0050 Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.187/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to [i] grant interim suspension of the sentence imposed in C.C. No.30 of 2006 dated 28.11.2018 passed by the XI Additional Special Judge at Chennai and enlarge the petitioner on interim bail pending disposal of the above appeal [IN CRL.MP.NO.4712 OF 2019] [ii] enlarge the Appellant/2nd Accused on bail waiving the fine amount of Rs.40,00,000/- during the pendency of the appeal by the XI Additional Special Sessions Judge at Chennai(Bank and Financial Institution CBI Case, Chennai) in CC No.30 of 2006 dated 28/12/2018 pending disposal of the above appeal [IN CRL.MP.NO.

4713 OF 2019] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.187/2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up today, Mr.A.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the above miscellaneous petitions would submit that the petitioner was unable to find proper sureties for him and thereby, the petitioner was not able to comply with the order dated 25.04.2019, granting suspension of sentences to him and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above petitions with a liberty to move fresh applications. https://hcservices.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 25.04.2019 granting suspension of sentence to the petitioner in the above miscellaneous petitions stands cancelled and the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn for the present.
