(CR.NO.68/2021) Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.5339/2021 dated 23.03.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.R.APPASWAMEE, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5339 of 2021, dated 23.03.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report before the respondent Police, on every Monday and Friday, at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter once in a week i.e. Every Monday at 10.30 a.m. for two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
