When the matter was listed for hearing on 24.09.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 28.09.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, i.e. 28.09.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.40556 of 2015 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
