ORDER

(Heard through video conferencing) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the dismissal order dated 05.02.2015 passed by the learned IX Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, made in E.A.No.4196 of 2013 in E.P.No.547 of 2003 in O.S.No.400 of 1986.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Execution Petition itself has been dismissed for default, since the respondent did not proceed with the Execution petition, was filed by him. 3.

However, there is no representation for the respondent. But the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition itself as not pressed due to the above said change in the circumstances.

Recording the same, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition in CMP.No.11276 of 2016, is also closed.
