ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner for living without any endanger to her life, according to her complaint dated 15.03.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner viz., P.S.Pravin Paul having illicit relationship with several women who were being deceived by P.S.Pravin Paul lodged a complaint to Sebiam Police Station as well as Vyasarpadi Police Station, all complaints were diluted by him https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and thereafter, Peravallur Police complaint, P.S.Pravin Paul escaped from police station, the petitioner lodged a missing complaint before H5-New Washermenpet Poilce Station on 07.03.2019 but no action was taken by police. On 12.03.2019 the petitioner was on her way to home at lift when P.S.Pravin Paul attacked the petitioner by holding her neck and tired to kill her in a lift then she lodged a complaint before the H5 Police Station after receiving the complaint they only gave CSR.No.194 of 2019 an no action has been taken against the P.S.Pravin Paul. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is filed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent/Inspector of Police is directd to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.03.2019 after giving an opportunity to the counter parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
