Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to RELAX the bail condition the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating officer daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP. No.4773 of 2022 order dated 28.02.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP. No.4773 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
