O R D E R

The revision petition is filed by the defendants 1 and 2 seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.239 of 1998 on the file of the Sub Court, Salem at the earliest.

Earlier, this Court, by order dated 20.04.2016, had ordered to draw two separate list of disputed and undisputed claims and pay the principal amount to the depositors who are willing to take the principal alone after taking necessary undertaking from them. It is now stated that pursuant to the said order, list has been drawn from all the depositors, who are willing to take the principal alone. It is also stated that the sale is already complete and the sale proceeds are deposited into Court and only the disbursement is pending. The revision petitioners are only seeking a time frame to be fixed for disbursement of the amount as per the list drawn. Hence, the learned Subordinate Judge, Salem is directed to complete the said exercise on the before 30.06.2017.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
