The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order dated 14.06.2016 made in W.P.No.20058 of 2016 has filed this Contempt Petition.

2. It is represented by Mr.P.T.Ramkumar, learned Standing Counsel for Southern Railways that the order dated 14.06.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20058 of 2016 has been complied with, in the form of proceedings No.T/C.79/Catg. & Bakery Stall/VM(S-20) dated 15.06.2016. The said proceedings is taken on file and recorded. He further submitted that the said order was also put to challenge in W.P.No.24587 of 2016 and the same is pending adjudication.

3.In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Therefore, the contempt Petition is closed.
