2.The parties have entered into a settlement agreement before the Mediator and the said agreement has been placed before this Court along with the report of the Mediator. 3.Accepting the report, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of recording the mediation agreement between the parties. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
