Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner is directed to Stay at Dharmapuri and report before Dharmapuri Town Police daily at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.OP.4786/2022 dated 15.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. No.4786 of 2022 by an order dated 15.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation may be modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
