ORDER

[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's wife Keerthana, aged 23 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his relative Keerthana, whom he loved, is in the illegal custody of her father, the third respondent herein.

3. Today, Mr.K.Elangovan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Palladam Police Station, Tiruppur District, is present. The petitioner and Keerthana are also present.

4. When enquired by us, Keerthana stated that her date of birth is 12.07.1998, she completed M.Sc.(Maths) and stated that the petitioner is her distant relative. She further stated that she is not in the illegal detention of the third respondent and that she is not even willing to speak to the petitioner.

5. In such view of the matter, we do not find that Keerthana is in the illegal detention of the third respondent for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus.
