ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on P.T.Warrant on 17.03.2020 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 120(b), 302 r/w 109, 149, 201 and 212 of IPC in Crime No.249 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence the 1st and 2nd accused approached the deceased Arulmani and asked him to advice his brother Kumar to stop the illegal intimacy with one Ponnai who is the mother of the 2nd accused. Regarding the same, there was a wordy quarrel among them, for which, they murdered the deceased Arul Mani. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has not appeared before the trial court and hence, NBW was issued against him and thereafter, he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Further, 26 previous cases were pending as against the petitioner. Hence he vehemently oppose to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that the grave nature of the offences and the petitioner is having 26 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
