ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue patta to the petitioner's in respect of the place where they are allegedly residing.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioners are seeking patta in respect of the water body.

3. Such view of the matter, when there is a total ban on conversion of water bodies, mere considering the representation of the petitioner will not serve any purpose. Accordingly, I do not find any merit in this case and this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
