This court directed the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in EP.No.130 of 2001 in OS.No.392 of 1983 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed on 20.08.2018 in CRP.NPD.No.1074 of 2006. The learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore has sought for further extension of time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner represented that EP.No.130 of 2001 was already disposed of on 11.07.2019 and therefore, there is no necessity to extend the time as sought for by the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.
