(Order of the Court was made by R.Suresh Kumar J.) Mr.C.Deivasigamani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions, wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal against the impugned sale notice.

2. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.10843 of 2026 is closed.
