TERMS OF SETTLEMENT This revision petition is being filed against the order dated 28.04.2018 passed in M.C.No.452/2010 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court at Chennai.
2. In the Meanwhile, the respondents herein have filed a petition for recovery of arrears of maintenance amount from this petitioner. After order passed in the main petition, this revision petition filed when this petition is pending before the said court. The first respondent herein made an endorsement on behalf of the second respondent in the original MC petition (MC No.452 of 2010) stating that that she was not interested to conduct the said case before this Forum. On that basis, the first respondent has withdrawn the said case on the file of that court.
3. When this revision petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the proceedings which was pending before the VI Additional Family Court has already disposed of. Under such circumstances, this Revision Petition become infructuous and the petitioner herein made an endorsement on the revision petition that he has withdrawn that case. On the basis of the endorsement made by the revision petitioner, this Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is/are closed, if any.
