This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to implead the proposed respondent no.4/Reliance Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd., as respondent no. 4 in the writ petition.

2.Mr.Kalyanaraman, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the proposed 4th respondent and states that he has no objection for the proposed 4th respondent being impleaded in the writ petition.

3.In view of the above, this petition is allowed.
