O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala, J.,) This petition has been filed by the petitioner / father of the detenu seeking to produce her daughter, Faleela, aged about 19 years, before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. Today, when the case is called, the first respondent has produced the detenu as well as the second respondent. On enquiry, the detenu-Faleela submitted that she wanted to marry the second respondent and formal marriage would be celebrated on 27.06.2018, for which, the petitioner, the father of the detenu, is also likely to come and participate.

4. The first respondent has produced a statement given by the petitioner herein, wherein it is stated that his daughter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(detenu), on production before the first respondent has stated that she has married according to her own volition and she wanted to live with the second respondent and not to live with the petitioner herein.

5. The said statement has been produced for the verification and perusal of the learned counsel for the petitioner also. However, the petitioner is not present today.

6. In such circumstances, we deem it appropriate to close the Habeas Corpus Petition, since there is no complaint of illegal custody. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
