This petition has been filed to relax the condition that they have to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Court Crl.O.P.No.2757 of 2024 by an order dated 09.02.2024.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks.
