This application has been filed to amend the boundaries in the 7th schedule of property mentioned in the plaint from 7) the house site situated at No.31, New Colony, I Street V.O.C.Nagar, Madras - 102 bounded on the North by door No.32, south by door No.30, East by vacant land and west by 1 Street to 7) The house situated at No.31, New Colony, I Street V.O.C.Nagar, Chennai - 102, bounded on the north by 1 Street, south by vacant land, east by Door No.30, West by Door No.28.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the same is allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and file the amended copy of the plaint within a period of two weeks.

5. Post the matter after two weeks.
