When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent produced a copy of the proceedings of the Ministry of Home Affairs dated 18.03.2018 and submitted that the disciplinary proceeding initiated against the second respondent itself stands dropped and, therefore, nothing survives for consideration.
