The petitione who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.05.2016 for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(A) and 4(1)(aaa) of TNP Act in Crime No.274 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as "Bootlegger".
