This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking suspension of sentence imposed on the petitioner in S.C.No.52 of 2013 dated 23.07.2020 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, this miscellaneous petitions is dismissed as withdrawn.
