This petition has been filed to implead the Administrative General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu, High Court Campus, Chennai, the proposed 8th respondent herein as the respondent in the appeal filed by the petitioner/appellant in O.S.A. No.17 of 2022. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since O.S.A. No.17 of 2022 has been filed against the impugned order dated 30.11.2021, arising out of an Application originally filed by the first respondent herein and the learned Single Judge in the impugned order has directed the proposed respondent to manage the affairs of the Trust for a period of 10 weeks and to conduct elections in the meanwhile, the proposed respondent, who was not a party in the above Appeal, may be impleaded as one of the respondents. 3.Heard the parties.

vga 4.Since the learned Single Judge has directed the Administrative General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu, High Court Campus, Chennai, the proposed 8th respondent to manage the affairs of the Trust for a period of 10 weeks and to conduct elections in the meanwhile, without impleading him as one of the respondents in the appeal, the petitioner may not be in a position to place any subsequent development before this Court. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the Administrative General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu, High Court Campus, Chennai, who is the proper and necessary party to be impleaded in the appeal, is impleaded as eighth respondent in the O.S.A. No.17 of 2022.
