O R D E R

According to the revision petitioners, the respondent has filed a suit in OS.No.761 of 2014 before the Principal District Munsif, Alandur for bare injunction restraining eviction against the revision petitioners. In the aforesaid suit, the revision petitioners have filed written statement on 06.08.2015 and subsequently, an application in

IA.No.1380 of 2014 filed by the respondent was closed by the trial court. Therefore, the aforesaid suit is posted for trial on 09.09.2016. The aforesaid suit has been adjourned from time to time without conducting trial. Therefore, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court seeking direction to the court below to dispose of the said suit within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. By considering the aforesaid facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, since the suit is of the year 2014 and no interlocutory application is pending in the aforesaid suit, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur to dispose of the said suit in OS.No.761 of 2014 in accordance with law on or before 30.06.2018.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
