This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 08.01.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.16186 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1088 of 2023 vide para No.9(c) that "the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 7.00 p.m. until further orders". 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court diligently.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is complying with the conditions diligently, the order dated 08.01.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.16186 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1088 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of the month until further orders.
