The grievances of the writ petitioner is that he was not permitted to serve in the Education Department till the end of the Academic Year i.e., 31.05.2013.
2.In view of the fact that the writ petitioner was allowed to retire from service on the date of the superannuation on 31.03.2013 and the extension of service had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
not been granted now after this length of time, the relief as such sought for cannot be granted.
