ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.35 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The petitioner herein along with one Ranjith Kumar had stolen the two wheeler and concealed it in remote place near Chinnamalai dated 08.02.2022. When this petitioner found buyer for the two wheeler and instigated Ranjith Kumar to bring the two wheeler and the said Ranjith Kumar took the two wheeler which was concealed behind the bush. However, he was intercepted by the Respondent Police during the vehicle check near Ammampalayam and the same was recovered. Based on the confession statement given by Ranjith Kumar, this petitioner was arrayed as accused.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that this petitioner is absconding and charge sheet has filed before learned Judicial Magistrate I, Aathur.

In the light of above fact, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
