This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to produce the body and person of the detenu namely Santey Mangrati Son of Jare Mangrati, aged about 66 years and set him at liberty.

2. It is seen from records that a man missing complaint is pending before the respondent Police in Cr.No.1075 of 2017.

3. The respondent Police is directed to proceed further with the investigation in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari .vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar and Others reported in [2018 2 LW Crl 636].
