ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Friday, the Twenty Fourth day of September Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 23.02.2021 and letter dated 06.08.2021 vide D.No.4142/A/2021 from the Principal District Judge, Nagapattinam, this court made the following order:- By an order dated 23.02.2021, this Court allowed the Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned District Munsif, Sirkali, by a letter to the Registry dated 05.08.2021, seeks extension of three months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.181 of 2011 on the ground that the case was adjourned to 10.08.2021 as per the order of the Court dated 02.08.2021 by allowing I.A.No.706 of 2012 on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Only) on or before 09.08.2021 and hence, disposal of the suit has been delayed.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned District Munsif, Sirkali, three months time is hereby granted to dispose of O.S.No.181 of 2011, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 24/09/2021 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
