ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 174 of Cr.P.C @ 366, 352, 354, 306 of IPC r/w Section 4 of TNWH Act in Crime No.912 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. The petition for anticipatory bail in a case where FIR registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C and subsequently altered into 366, 352, 354, 306 of IPC r/w Sec.4 of TNWH Act. The petitioner is suspected for the case of suicide committed by one Maheshwari. The Investigation conducted by the respondent police indicates that two days before the occurrence, the petitioner herein had forcibly taken the deceased to the isolated place under the pretext of picked up her to hospital where she is working as Nurse when she was questioned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
about this, he has stabbed her and on hearing her cry, crowd to be gathered there and thereafter she has returned to home. Being depressed over the said incident , two days later, she has committed suicide and the petitioner is absconding and not available for investigation. He seeks anticipatory bail.
4. This Court is of the view that this petition cannot entertained anticipatory bail in view of the material gathered by the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
