Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings dt. 19.12.2012 in Na.Ka.No.91500/C1-E1/12 of the second respondent, in so far as it relates to Clause 3, which prescribes cut of date for completion of B.Ed., on or before 31.12.2001, quash the same and for consequential direction, direction the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for the academic year 2013-2014 for promotion to the post of High School Head Master, based on his qualification and seniority.
