Mrs.K.Kanchana, W/o A.Sundar, the respondent herein has come to this Court seeking to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.186 of 2018 from the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Ranipet and transfer the same to the Family Court at Coimbatore.
2. As the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 2.11.2014 at Galaxy Mandapam, Poothanur Road, Coimbatore and they have been united only for a short period, this Court, taking note of the fact that there is no serious dispute between them, posted the matter for mediation in the chambers. Since both parties are not agreeable for reunion, the matter was directed to be listed before the Court for disposal on merits.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/wife stated that it is not possible to undertake a long journey from Coimbatore to Ranipet, as the distance between Coimbatore and Ranipet is about 420 kms.

4. As a matter of fact, the prayer made by the petitioner/wife has to be accepted. Accordingly, the H.M.O.P.No.186 of 2018 is withdrawn from the file of the
Sub Court, Ranipet and transferred to the Family Court at Coimbatore for expeditious disposal on merits. The transfer civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed. Consequently, C.M.P.No.7421 of 2019 is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS III) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar ss To
