Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5633 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 5633 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

3.
