O.A.Nos.551 and 552 of 2018 in C.S.No.372 of 2018 O.A.Nos.551 and 552 of 2018 in C.S.No.372 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., These applications have been filed seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents/ defendants from, interfering with the applicant's possession and alienating the suit property.

2. The suit is one for specific performance. Finding a prima facie case, this court had granted interim injunction on 13.06.2018 and the same was extended periodically.

3. Since notice could not be served on the respondents through the normal process, the applicant has taken out an Application in A.Nos.3625 and 3627 of 2019 seeking substituted service. The said applications were allowed by the learned Master on 04.06.2019 and proof of such publication has also been filed. Despite such service, the respondents have not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel duly instructed.

4. Hence, the order of interim injunction granted on 13.06.2018 is made absolute and the Original Applications in O.A.Nos.551 and 552 of 2018 are allowed.
