PRAYER in W.P. No. 40604 of 2015 : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent under Ref. No. T/C.79/Catg&TA Trolley (T-15) dated 07.12.2015 in respect of Catering and Travel Amenity Trolley (TPJ / T-15) at Villupuram Railway Station and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to renew the license in favour of the petitioner in respect of the Catering and Travel Amenity Trolley (TPJ / T-15) at Villupuram Railway Station.

C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel for the respondents / Southern Railway made a submission that there is a change in policy in respect of award of contract for Catering and Travel Amenity and Catering and Bakery Trolley.

The petitioner filed Writ Petitions challenging the rejection order on account of efflux of time. The relief sought for in these Writ Petitions need no further consideration. However, in the event of any further notification issued by the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to participate if he is otherwise eligible to be qualified.
