O R D E R

For the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.10.2023, passed in W.P.No.11110 of 2023, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the order of this Court had been complied with. In support of this, a copy of the proceedings issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 29.10.2024, was produced.

3. The aforesaid submission made on the side of the respondents authorities, has been conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In light of the above submissions, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 29.10.2024, if so aggrieved.
