Cont.P.No.1692 of 2024 krk 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted the proceedings in G.O.Ms.No.195, Finance (PC) Department, dated 03.07.2023 and a copy of the same was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Contempt Petition.
