This is an application for condonation of delay of 350 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.V.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the applicant; Mr.K.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the first respondent; Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 2 to 5.

Learned counsel for the first respondent submits that no sufficient cause is mentioned in the application.

According to the applicant, the order of the learned Single Judge is ex parte one.

Be that as it may, for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 350 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed.
