2. The counter has been filed objecting the receipt of the document on the ground that this was not been spoken either in the counter or during the trial, but for the first time after examination of DW1 in part, newly introduced. The document has been issued only on 23.02.2023 when the witness was in box.

3. Prima facie, this Court finds that it is a public document and the existence of this document has already been spoken by CW1. Hence, this application is allowed.
