This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.11.2021, made in W.P.No.8740 of 2019. 2.This Court, by order dated 09.11.2021, made in W.P.No.8740 of 2019, directed the Revenue Authorities and the Electricity Board Authorities
to conduct a joint inspection in respect of the erection of transformer and pass appropriate orders.
3.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the orders of this Court, field inspection was conducted on 14.08.2024 and it is found that the EB Transformer is not located in petitioner's land and it is only erected in Town Survey No.9/9 (Old S.No.31/2A), standing in the names of Mr.Subbaraya Chowdry and others. 4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience of the orders of this Court.
