Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned Counsel for the respondent/respondent. 2.

This application has been taken out under Order 41, Rule 27 of the Code of Civil Procedure to receive the certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 28.11.2017 passed in O.S.No. 89 of 2015 by the learned I Additional District Court, Salem, and mark the same as Exs.B2 and B3 respectively, in the above Second Appeal. 3.

It is learnt that the First Appeal in A.S.No. 675 of 2018 against the said Judgment is pending before this Court. 4.

Recording the said submissions, in the interest of justice, this petition shall stand dismissed.
