ORDER

(Order of the Court was made SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to forthwith issue ST community certificate to the petitioner's sons, viz., S.Dinesh Kumar and S.S. Kishore Kumar on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 24.02.2015. Mr. M. Indirajithu, Deputy Collector, competent to issue the community certificate present in the Court, submits that on a scrutiny of the papers, it is found that the petitioner's sons, viz., S. Dinesh Kumar and S.S. Kishore Kumar, are entitled to get community certificate on the basis of a decision taken by the State Level Scrutiny Committee. Accordingly, community certificate will be issued tomorrow (18.06.2015).

In view of the above, no adjudication is required in this writ petition and the writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. Costs made easy.
