Office and outisde the Court of Honble XVI, XIX, XV, XVII Additional City Civil Court).

2. Mr.B.Vijay, learned counsel appearing for the RegistrarGeneral, Madras High Court, submits that a decision has been taken by the Committee to preserve the footage sought for by the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has the remedies and means available to him for adducing the evidence. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in that regard.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
