Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they should report twice a week i.e. Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Honble court in Crl.M.P.No. 8890 of 2018 dated 06.07.2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 14906 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.C.PAUL KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of S.DEIVE, (Public Prosecutor, Pondicherry), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b) 332, 34, 506 (ii) of I.P.C, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Pleader, Puduchery submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
